CUSTOMER SERVICE
Q: Can I call your office to obtain additional product information?
A: Yes, we have a small team of very knowledgeable staff who will be pleased to help with your enquiries and provide additional information on any of our products.
Q: Do you export your products?
A: We do not currently export outside the UK
Q: What are the lead times on delivery of your products?
Lead time on our bespoke products are provided at the same time of the quote. Our stock products are virtually all held in stock and dispatched either the same or next day that the order is placed on a next day delivery service.
Q: Can I call your office to discuss bespoke product requirements?
A: Yes, we can discuss bespoke products over the telephone, but we will usually need to send the quote by email later in the day and quotations are calculated by our production secretary.
Q: Can I collect my order from you?
A: Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse on a pre arranged collection date.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order arrived in less than perfect condition you should advise us by email with 24 hours of the day you received it, together with images of the damage and images of the packaging and shippimng label. A replacement will then be sent to you.
Q: How do I return my order?
A: If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it. You should advise us of your intention to return your order be email within 14 days of the date you received it. You should then return it in it's original condition and packaging within another 14 days after that. You will then receive a full refund of the amount you paid including the cost of shipping.
Q: Are all your range of products held in stock?
A: The majority of our range of products are in stock but occasionally we run out of certain products and a small number of our products are made to order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We accept a variety of payment methods for your orders, including all major credit, all major debit cards and PayPal. We also accept bank transfers and BACS payments. Card and Paypal payments can be made through our website and card payments can be made over the telephone. Bank transfers can be made by Pro Forma invoice or standard invoice.
Q: Can a credit account be opened?
A: We offer instant credit accounts to the public sector. Other customers can apply for credit accounts.
Q: What are the credit terms?
A: Our credit terms are 30 days nett from the invoice date.
Q: How do I apply for a credit account?
A: The form to apply for a credit account can be found in the Informtaion column at the bottom of the website. This is easy to complete and it can be submitted at the click of a button.
DELIVERY
Q: How are deliveries made?
A: Usually delivery is made by courier. Larger order may require pallet delivery.
Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Delivery of our orders is on a fixed rate delivery charge. When order amount reach £150 (exclusive of VAT) delivery is free. Delivery of bespoke orders depends on the size of the order, the delivery location and the products ordered.
Q: Do you provide plain label delivery?
A: All our deliveries are shipped plain label without a branded delivery note so your customer will never be aware of the origin of the delivery. You can submit your own delivery note which will accompany the order if preferred
Q: When I place an order can I select a particular delivery date?
A: Yes, you can request a specific delivery date in the comments section when the order is placed. This will be acknowledged in the order confirmation.
Q: What is your cut off time for next day delivery?
A: Our cut off time is usually 1.30pm, but occasionally we can dispatch the same day at later times.

SNAP FRAMES
Q: What is a snap frame
Snap frames are a versatile display frame solution which are ideal for the display of posters, literature and graphics. They clip open at the hinged front profiles which enables fast, easy replacement of the inserts while the frame remains wall mounted
Q: How are snap frames constructed?
A: The vast majority of snap frames are manufactured in durable, lightweight aluminium with a fluted plastic back panel and am anti glare PVC or PET front poster cover. They are available in a range of colours, including silver, black, white, green, blue, yellow, red, polished silver and bespoke colours.
Q: In what sizes are snap frames available?
A: snap frames are available in standard poster sizes, including A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, 20"x30", 40"x40", 40"x60", 1000mmx1400mm, 500mmx700mm, 700mmx1000mm and bespoke sizes
Q: How do snap frames work?
A: The front profiles are spring loaded, whick allows them to clip closed and open by hand. The poster cover should then be removed, the graphic put in place and the cover placed on top of the poster. The frame profiles should then be snapped closed which holds the cover and poster in place. The frame then has the appearance of a standard frame
Q: When the snap frame is closed will the entire poster be on view?
A: When the frame profiles are closed approximately 8mm to 10mm of the poster will be hidden behind the closed area. This varies depending on whether the frame profiles are 25mm, 32mm, 44mm, 15mm or 14mm.
Q: How are snap frames installed?
A: Snap frames usually have pre drilled holes in the rear extrusion, and they are supplied with fixings, which are screws and plugs. The frame should be snapped open allowing access to the screw holes. A spirit level will ensure the frame is fully level and then a pencil should be used to mark the location of the screw holes. The holes should then be drilled, plugs inserted and screws should be used to fix the frame securely in place
Q: Can snap frames be wall mounted without the use of screws?
Snap Frames can be wall mounted with the use of double sided tape, adhesive strips or Velcro. This depends on the weight and size of the frame
Q: Can snap frames be used outside?
For outdoor use waterproof weather resistant snap frames should be used. They feature a waterproof seal which is located on the inside of the frame extrusion. This protects your graphic from the elements. In extreme weather conditions waterproof frames can allow in moisture
Q: Can snap frames be secured?
Secure snap frames can be lockable or tamper resistant. Lockable Snap Frames feature a screw in the front profile (2 screws in larger frames) which is locked with the use of an allen key. Tamper resistant snap frames require a lever tool (supplied) to open the frame. The inner lips of the frame profile are shaped to prevent them being opened by fingers
Q: What kind of posters can be inserted in snap frames?
A: Standard paper thickness should be used in snap frames as graphics thicker than 1mm can cause the frame to splay a little at the corners. Bespoke snap frames can be manufactured to accept inserts up to 5mm.

Q: What is a lockable poster case?
A: A lockable poster case is a secure waterproof display unit with a key lock (2 locks in larger frames) and secure mechanism, designed to display your posters and keep them waterproof and protect the posters from theft, vandalism, and weather damage. Lockable poster cases provide robust security. They have a hinged with a strong lock.
Q: How are lockable poster cases used?
A: Lockable poster cases are perfect for displaying graphics in busy locations where they can be easily seen, such as restaurants, bars, schools, universities, cinemas, shops and train stations.
Q: How secure are lockable poster cases?
A: The Key lock system prevents people from tampering with the graphic. Larger case have 2 key locks.
Q: What sort of literature do lockable poster cases display?
A: Typically lockable poster cases are used to display menus, posters, advertisements, timetables, information sheets and price lists
Q: How is the poster replaced?
A: To insert and remove posters the door should be unlocked using the key. The door should then be hinged open which will allow access to the clips on the back panel. Usually lockable poster cases have a stay which holds the door open to allow you to remove or insert the graphic.
Q: Are lockable poster cases waterproof?
A: Yes, lockable poster cases are fully waterproof, featuring a weatherproof seal which keeps out moisture and also protects the poster from condensation.
Q: How are lockable poster cases installed?
A: Lockable poster cases are usually wall mounted. They should be situated at eye level in a busy location. Open the case to provide access to the screw holes and mark the location of the holes using a pencil. A spirit level should ideally be used to ensure that the poster case is fully level. Drill the holes in the marked locations, insert the wall plugs which are provided and used the provided screws to secure the case in place.
Q: What are lockable poster cases made of?
A: Lockable poster cases are constructed in durable aluminium, with robust concealed hinges on the door and a 2mm thick plastic back panel. The transparent front panel is tough, 2mm polycarbonate which is shatter ressistant for safety.

A: Lockable poster cases are available in standard poster sizes whixch include A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, 20"x30", 30"x40", 40"x60" and bespoke sizes
Q: How do I maintain the lockable poster case
A: Regularly clean the front cover which keeps the case presentable, avoids the build up of dirt and provides better visibility. Occasionally clean the hinges to ensure they do not become encrusted with dirt.
Q: Do you manufacture bespoke and custom products?
A: Yes, we manufacture a range of bespoke products including snap frames, lockable poster cases and poster frames. To request a quotation the form can be found on the Bespoke Manufacturing page. It should be completed in as much detail as is available and submitted from the website.

Q: What is a snap frame light box?
A: Snap frame light boxes are front loading clip frame with LED lighting. It has a hinged profile with snaps open for easy poser replacement. Snap frame light boxes are perfect for business use providing illuminated display for posters, price lists, information sheets and advertisements.
Q: How do they operate?
A: Snap frame light boxes have LED strips that illuminate internally an acrylic panel. The panel defuses the light evenly over the raer of the frame, which lights up evenly the inserts when they are are loaded into the unit. The poster is protected behind a sheet of anti glare PVC.
Q: How are the posters inserted and removed?
A: The poster is loaded and removed by clippinmg open the hinged front profiles on all 4 sides. The poster cover should then be removed and the graphicinserted evenly and flatly. It should then be covered with the anti glare PVC cover and clipped closed, securing the graphiv and anti glare cover in place..
Q: What are the primary benefits of using this light box?
A: The clip open front profiles enable super fast poster changing while the frame remains wall mounted, which is very convenient and practical for business use. Illumintaed graphics are eye catching and draw considerably more attention than regular snap frames.
Q: What is the power source for snap frame light boxes
A: Light boxes are powered by regular mains power which is run through a transformer which is either inside or outside the light box. LED Lighting is energy efficient and uses significantly less power than regular fluorescent bulbs. This reduces the running costs of the light box considerably. They can be plugged into the mains or hard wired by a qualified electrician.

We manufacture custom and bespoke Lockable poster cases, snap frames, light boxes and poster frames. Our production facility is UK based using state of the art materials building highest quality products to your exact specifications.
Q: What are the lead times for made to measure products?
A: The lead times vary depending on our workload at the time of the order. Usually lead times are between 5 and 10 days, and this is advised at the time of the order. For specialised orders, lead times may be longer, but again this will be advised before the production commences.

A: The maximum size varies between products. This can be advised by our production team when quotes are requested.
Q: Can products be developed in any colour
A: Our bespoke range can be manufactured in virtually any colour. We require a RAL code to powder coat your order to the correct shade.

A: Water based forecourt signs are double sided signs which are stabalised with a liquid fillable base. They are ideal for external advertising and promotions. They are stable and durable and their plastic base becomes especially heavy and robust when filled with liquids or sand
Q: How much liquid does a water based pavement sign hold?
A: The capacity varies depending on the model, but it is usually between 15 litres and 35 litres. it is preferable to fill the base to provide the most stability.
Q: How capable are water based signs of withdtanding harsh weather conditions?
A: When filled to capacity most models can withstand wind speeds of up to 35 mph. In these situations they will flex heavily in the wind due to the springs which connect the signboard to the base. They can enhance their visibility to pedestrians and passers by.

A: Yes, water based forecourt signs are particularly waterproof with weather resistant seals in the signboard and PVC poster covers.

A: The majority of water based sign models incorporate a snap frame poster system, enabling the fast and easy replacement of your graphic. The 4 sides of the sign board clip open allowing the removal and replacement of your posters and the graphic cover.
