Bespoke Manufacturing
Snap Frames Warehouse provides a bespoke manufacturing service, developing custom Snap Frames, Lockable Poster Cases and Light Boxes, as well as providing the option to manufacture alternative colours and sizes of our standard product ranges to your exact specifications. There is no minimum or maximum quantity. Sizes provided will always be accepted to be the poster size. If they are intended as another aspect of the frame such as the external or visible size this should always be stated. Our varied range of stock colours is Silver Anodised, Signal White RAL 9003, Jet Black RAL 9005, Traffic Red RAL 3020, Moss Green RAL 6005, Traffic Green RAL 6024, Ultramarine Blue RAL 5002, Gentian Blue RAL 5010, Rape Yellow RAL 1021, Slate Grey RAL 7015 and Chocolate Brown RAL 8017. If a different specific colour is required we can develop custom products in virtually all RAL colours, to a large range of sizes, from extra small to very large. Our custom products are developed using the most current manufacturing processes and state of the art machinery. From initial instructions to product completion our customer service team ensures you are 100% satisfied with the service and products you receive. When you place your order you will be given a lead time for delivery of the finished order which can vary depending on your requirements, but it is usually within seven to ten working days. From the initial quote, through to the order of the products, to their delivery, we endeavour to offer the best value for a premium quality finished job.
Bespoke Snap Frames are available with 25mm or 32mm frame profiles. When you are placing an order, or requesting a quote we also need to know whether the dimensions provided are the poster size or the external frame size. Consideration should be given to the fact that there is a visible size, as 10mm is hidden behind the frame on all four sides. Following is the dimensions of the two available size profiles. We usually can deliver your order on a three to five days lead time.
The following dimensions relate to snap frames, which have 25mm or 32mm frame profiles. Smaller sized frames usually have 25mm profiles and larger frames usually have 32mm profiles, although if required, snap frames of all sizes can be manufactured with either 25mm or 32mm profiles.
25mm Snap Frame Profiles
Poster size plus 28mm = external size (on both dimensions)
Poster size less 20mm (on both dimensions) = visible poster area
32mm Snap Frame Profiles
Poster size plus 44mm = external size (on both dimensions)
Poster size less 20mm (on both dimensions) = visible poster area
Lead times can vary depending on the complexity of the products, the colour requirement, or how busy we our in our production facility. We do our very best to provide a fast turnaround. The required colour, measurements and product specifications can have an effect. Typically lead times vary from 3 days to 10 working days. There is no minimum or maximum order quantities for bespoke products.
