The packaging and shipping of our orders is also subject to regular inspection and scrutiny as part of our 5 point inspection process.

We adopt a 5 point inspection policy for our bespoke products. This ranges from the scrutiny of the initial details, through the extrusion cutting and powder coat colouring (if required) to the prepared component assembly, followed by the final product thorough inspection prior to the double packaging. We are passionate about the quality of our finished made to measure products and make every effort to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the service they have received. We provide a lead time with the quotation, which we make every effort to adhere to or improve on.

Our bespoke snap frames are manufactured from premium quality aluminum extrusion. Extrusion is a process by which a heavy ram pushes the aluminium through a cast. It emerges in the shape of the cast, so the shape and thickness of the finished product is a result of the cast. The quality of the aluminium fed through the process and the thickness of the finished item ultimately determines how good the finished product is.
