Distribution

Snap Frames Warehouse is one of the UK’s largest stockists of display and presentation products, with an enormous stock holding spread over 2 warehouses totalling 17,000 square feet. We also have a state of the art production facility onsite which is staffed by a skilled and hardworking team. We ship our range of products via professional carriers or using our own vehicles. Our committed warehouse team ensures that orders are thoroughly and robustly packaged which keeps the damage rates are to an absolute minimum.

Delivery

Delivery is usually made within two working days of the order date. If an order is placed prior to 2pm it will usually be delivered the next working day, but this is not guaranteed. In the event that we are out of stock of the products you order, delivery will be dependent upon restocking, or how quickly we can manufacture the products onsite, and you will be notified of an expected delivery date. If the new date is not acceptable to the customer a full refund will be made. Orders of quantities that amount to pallet deliveries should be placed before 12 noon for next day delivery. Guaranteed next day delivery, including pre-noon or pre 9am can be arranged at an extra charge. Please call for details. We do not currently ship orders to destinations outside mainland UK, except by prior arrangement. Courier deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery. In the event that nobody is available to sign for the delivery a second attempt will usually be made. If this is unseccessful the order will be returned to our warehouse. Some courier deliveries may be subject to delays which are outside of our control.

Order Receipt

Prior to signing for your order, please check it thoroughly. In the event that your product has been visibly damaged in transit, please do not sign for it and kindly ask the delivery driver to return it, in which case you will be sent a replacement as soon as the damaged order arrives back at our warehouse. If the parcel or packaging appears undamaged and when opened it transpires that it has sustained impact damage beneath the packaging please notify us within 48 hours and kindly send photographs of the damage to us. This will assist us in making a claim against the couriers. and you will be sent a replacement. Orders will usually be delivered during the working day Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm. Saturday delivery can be arranged by request but will incur extra charges.

Delivery Cost

Flat rate delivery charge on all orders below £150.00 excluding VAT is £9.95 plus VAT to UK mainland destinations, with the exception of Scottish highlands. Orders of £150.00 and above for delivery to the qualifying locations will be free of charge. Please note free delivery is not always offered on orders of bespoke products as larger frames incur higher shipping costs and we often have to charge a nominal amount to contribute to these expenses. This is detailed in the quotation. Orders shipped to Scottish highlands and UK islands will be quoted upon request.
