Returns Policy

If you wish to return your order, or part of it, we should receive notification of your intentions up to a maximum of 14 days after your receipt of the order. This notification should be made by recorded post or email. After you have sent the notification please ensure that you have received an acknowledgment of the notification and a returns reference from us. Any subsequent correspondence with regard to the return should contain the returns reference. The product(s) which are being returned must be received by us up to a maximum of 14 days after the date we have been notified of your wish to return the products. We must receive the returned products in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be sent to our premises (the full address will be advised in the acknowledgement). Export orders cannot be returned unless they have arrived damaged. Bespoke, Made To Order or customised goods are non refundable unless they are faulty or have arrived damaged. Refunds will be made by us up to a maximum of 7 days after the order has been successfully returned. If you obtained a shipping or quantity discount the balance will be deducted from the refund.
